I was absolutely delighted with this hotel! Downstairs, there's an all-you-can-eat snack bar with snacks, instant noodles, drinks, and more. After a long day of walking, coming back to the common area here to eat and relax was pure bliss. It's about a 10-minute walk from Taipei Main Station (Airport MRT) Exit 3 (which has an escalator). Before arriving, I contacted customer service, and they patiently helped me navigate the map and suggested this exit, making it so convenient. Their service was top-notch, truly perfect! I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my solo trip to Taiwan. The location is excellent. I could easily walk to Taipei Main Station and even Ximending, which made getting around the city very convenient. There is also a FamilyMart right beside the hotel and a Watsons nearby, so everything I needed was just a few steps away. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I was hoping for was a window with a view, but there was none. Other than that, everything met my expectations. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I especially want to thank the staff member who greeted me with a Happy Birthday when I checked in. I forgot to ask for her name, but her thoughtful gesture made me feel so welcome and truly made my day. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Taipei. I would definitely stay here again

Very friendly and helpful staffs, location is convenient, 24hours bar for unlimited supply of snacks and drinks... Not the 1st time visit Taipei, but the 1st time have this very good and comfortable experience which is worth of price. Will be the 1st choice the next time if visit Taipei again.

Location in between 2 mrt stations, near Ningxia night market, walkkng distance to Ximending, provide snacks 24/7, recommended. Excellent service from hotel staff Tiffany, Eddie, Anna and Ariel, I stay in hotel room 603 from 4 to 8 June 2026.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly patient and thoroughly explained all the hotel services during check-in. She mentioned the breakfast delivery service (featuring Fu Hang Dou Jiang set meals) and the shuttle service to the airport. Even though the hotel doesn't offer a traditional breakfast, they provide a communal space with complimentary snacks, instant noodles, ice cream, and douhua (tofu pudding) – truly thoughtful and amazing! The room was very comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised that our room type included a small massage device, which was a godsend after a long day of walking around. Another great feature was the bidet toilet in the bathroom, which added a lot of convenience.

Located just a short walk from metro stations and bus stops. The receptionist (male in spectacles) is exceptionally helpful and kind. Even though the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, there’s a nice little refreshment bar available.

Check-in and check out were very smooth, the snack bar with drinks, snacks, and yogurt were appreciated. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine was broken while I was there. The location is very good and within walking distance of three MRT stations (NTU Hospital/Taipei Main Station/Ximen), as well as the Ximending district. In the room, the TV audio was very low and one day, the bed wasn't made properly, more just the blanket was folded up, but the room includes a mini fridge and a little back massage machine, which was a nice touch. Overall, I would certainly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Taipei.

It was in very good location, very nice communal area with lots of snacks. Room was very clean.

Excellent location and helpful staff. Heated toilet seat in this cold weather. Love the varieties of snacks, instant noodles at the hotel. It was my 2nd visit. Need a better hair dryer that dry faster. Overall happy with our stay.

Quite clean and people are nice but a bit far from the metro stations, you have to walk around 10 mins.

We stayed for our marathon trip. Via hotel is close between Taipei station and the Standard Chartered Taipei Marathon starting point, down the street got many convenience store and eatery. Opposite the hotel there's a Italian pasta restaurant that we had our pre race card loading dinner. Free laundry and free coffee and snacks at lobby bar. Clean room and very friendly staff.

Great choice for travelling with young families ! Spacious room for 4 people, convenient location, lovely hotel.

The 24-hour complimentary food and beverage service was really nice and comfortable. If I had to nitpick, it would be that the room had no windows, and the shower head holder was positioned too low, making it inconvenient to wash my hair. Even with the rain shower, it took ages to rinse out the shampoo.
