Great value for money- central, close to underground station, restaurants and convenience store, opposite to Taipei101, clean, spacious, with coffee and tea in the room and all you need.

Great location with walkable distance to the underground station (5min walk). The Taipei 101 and world trade centre is close by. The room is clean and tidy, no smell or mould. The room is generally good for sound proofing. Good water pressure and hot shower. The only complaint is that the pillows are very soft and flat. Only because of this we would not consider booking in again.

Great! The location is convenient, and there are many delivery options nearby. I recommend staying here. It's only a 5-minute walk to Taipei 101, Tonghua Night Market, Taipei City Hall, and Uni-President Department Store.

Hotel reception - manager in charge & staff overall we are okay with service.
Except housekeeping is poor, need improvements.
Day 2 : Not satisfied with room service, when we returned room in the evening, floor tissue dropped outside bin not cleared - uploaded picture FYR.
Day 3 & 4: tissue pack n disposable slippers are not given to guests, we have to go reception to collect.
Daily room rate eqv. SGD300 and we got small room and poor housekeeping paid SGD1200 for 4 nights.

Hotel is well-located in the XinYi district, close to the metro line and not far from a night market, and other shops/eateries. Amenities in the room were pretty basic. We had the 101-view room but mind you, it’s not completely unblocked. Other than its great location, rest of experience was just average.
We encountered small issues during our stay: There was a sewer smell in the building - probably not a hygiene issue of the hotel but still not pleasant. Housekeeping forgot to tidy our room even though we had put out the “make up room” sign.
Probably the most uncomfortable thing for me was the need to put up multiple signs around the room reminding guests what NOT TO do, otherwise guests would be penalized with fees. Even asking for a second room card required us to pay a TWD500 deposit. The need to charge guests for little things like these was rather tiresome for me.
