Good location. Excellent staff attitude: both cleaner and hotel waiters. The hotel has door men and women who open taxi doors and help you load luggage onto the cars. The room is spacious and cleanliness tip top with numerous delicious restaurants nearby.

Had a very pleasant stay overall! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the front desk staff were genuinely helpful and friendly throughout our trip.
However, the on-site laundry facilities were a bit of a letdown and felt misleading. The instructions suggested automatic detergent dispensing, but none was provided during our wash cycle — we ended up rinsing clothes in 70°C plain hot water, and they still came out smelling stale (needless to say, not ideal!).
The dryer was another issue: it has a ‘cool off’ period of about 6 minutes every cycle, interrupting the drying process. If you insert NT$10 coins one at a time, you’d only get around 4 minutes of actual drying before it cools again. This wastes a lot of time and money, often leaving clothes damp. Tip for future guests: Insert 4-5 coins (NT$40-50) all at once for longer continuous drying and better results.
These are small fixes that could make the laundry much more convenient — otherwise, a solid hotel!

All is better than I expected.
Specious and full staff. Love the spa they have. Swimming pool is outside but heated . unlikely US hotel, you can still swim in December.
They provide shuttle only to the nearby station ZhongXiao Xinsheng. That I misunderstand they can take us to Taipei main station where airport train connect.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Miramar Garden. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is centrally located, near the Taipei Main Station, which made sightseeing convenient. We enjoyed the pool, although it was smaller than expected. The hotel offers a good buffet breakfast, with decent variety. There is also a small cafe in the hotel lobby. The hotel staff was friendly and spoke good English. The gym and sauna seemed nice as well, although we didn't have an opportunity to use them. Overall, we were very comfortable here and would stay again on our next visit to Taipei.

This is my second time back at the hotel and I can 100% confirm this is one of the best value for money hotel with everything I love! From great buffet breakfast, amazing staffs and service to their clean rooms, sauna, steam room and hot spring! There are even snacks and cold drinks in the rooms that are for free! I know that this will be my number choice with regards to a well-rounded hotel to stay in whenever I visit Taipei!

For a five star hotel, they do not provide bottled water, no toothbrush, no toothpaste. Toilet does not have ventilation. After shower, the bathroom is steamy.
The gym, and laundromat close at 10. Most of tourists don’t return to hotel till 11. Laundry is not free either. Very disappointed
