Inflexible check-in timing even though I stayed for the past 3 nights and had another night in a separate booking. No efforts in trying to let me check out and check in immediately. Still have to check out at 12 pm and check in back at 3 pm.

The hotel's location is super convenient, and it's very clean. We were traveling as a family, and due to a change in our itinerary, we had booked our two-night stay as two separate reservations. They wouldn't combine them for me, so I had to check out at 12 PM after the first night and then check back into a different room at 3 PM, which was extremely inconvenient. The front desk did upgrade my room, which was a pleasant surprise. The service attitude was very good overall. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I don't know what it's like.

We arrived at this hotel in the early hours of the morning, and there was no one to help with our luggage. The elevator was incredibly slow, the lighting was dim, the room was unappealing, and the hygiene was very poor. The staff's attitude was unhelpful. In summary, if you're traveling with children, do NOT choose this hotel; you'll be very disappointed. It doesn't meet five-star standards; it's more like a motel room. Our children woke up coughing and itching all over. Proceed with caution if you're considering this hotel; it's truly terrible...

The room was certainly small, beds were comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay good. The washrooms were very clean, which added to the overall comfort. Breakfast had ample options, including both Western and traditional choices, catering to different tastes. The hotel’s location is excellent, right by Wanhua Station and very close to the MRT, making travel extremely convenient. The staff were helpful and courteous, and the self check-in option was smooth and efficient.

Caesar Metro Taipei is a nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location is very convenient, as the hotel is located right above Wanhua Station, and it’s about a 6–7 minute walk to the MRT on the Bannan Line. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, as well as a supermarket and a food center. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a less crowded area to stay in Taipei, especially compared to busy places like Ximending.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and had a smooth, enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean, modern, and spacious. The location is excellent—right next to the MRT and convenient to reach attractions. Staff were polite and helpful. Definitely a great choice for families or group travel!
