I was quite disappointed with my stay. During check-in, the lift broke down and we had to wait a long time before we could get to the room. The building is shared with other hotels, and N Hotel only occupies the 3rd–5th floors. The surrounding corridors had many homeless people sleeping there, which felt uncomfortable and unsafe.
When we finally entered the room, it was not properly cleaned — the pillows were not arranged, there was water left in the glass, and there was a used pair of sandals in the room. After I reported it, instead of cleaning properly, the hotel changed us to another room, but the room was smaller than the original one.
Overall, the experience was not pleasant and I hope the hotel management improves both housekeeping and guest experience.

Hygiene: Clean
The room was a bit small.
Facilities: Good, quite comprehensive. There's also a lounge at the front desk.
Environment: Very good.
Service: Very enthusiastic, and the front desk staff were easy to talk to.
They have self check-in and check-out, and daily cleaning.

The room was clean and the location was convenient. There are snacks and coffee available in the lobby on the 3rd floor. It's a good choice overall.
The only thing that could be improved was on my last night, someone checked into the room next door, and the sounds of video calls, music, and conversations were very loud. The two corner rooms are too close together and offer no soundproofing at all (please see the attached picture). There was even a door in my room directly connecting to the adjacent room, which, although locked, further proves the lack of sound insulation.
Since it was my last night, I didn't bother to report it to the lobby front desk.

The room is very nice! especially bathroom. Cleanliness and all look new. Have drink/snack complement self service in the front floor of hotel.
It seem like close to Taipei main station, but it is pretty far to MRT. The elevator have only 1 that share with other floor in that building and take some time for waiting.

located near to NTU hospital MRT station (~5mins walk), walkable to Taipei Main Station (~10mins walk). Room size is okay for 1 pax. Only one mirror which is in the toilet. Housekeeping only if you inform at counter on the day, kind of a hassle. Not toiletries, only a shampoo+shower. One of the three lift was under maintenance and needed to wait quite long. Bfast spot near by and walkable to Ximending Market. Overall, not a bad stay but would maybe find other hotels next time.

Very local to the main metro station and popular night markets. Lots of convenience stores around. Room was clean and a decent size (double room). Our room had universals sockets which was also nice. Our room wasn’t cleaned or replenished whilst we were there (3nights), some fresh towels/water would’ve been nice but regardless was still a nice hotel and had laundry facilities at an extra cost (1 washing machine).
We did have a window that opened but the view was just off a worn building as seen in the picture.
Overall a decent stay :)
