服務真差，來了前台找不到人，到了房間，沒有紙，打電話給前台前台跟我説下班了，讓我找保安，我讓他給保安打電話送上來，這前台秒掛。不會做服務，就換人，不會搞衞生就換人，就是，勞資是客人，一個紙毛都沒有，你送上來不是應該的嘛？又不是我用完了。真影響心情，這家服務真的拉稀，真的差，服務讓人氣憤的很。
