老闆人特別好特別實在，租車和吃飯幫我們砍價，沒有套路。酒店離沙灘很近，走幾步就到了。酒店睡覺很安靜，不吵。坐汽車到了下車後，打電話給酒店老闆，2分鐘就過來接我們到酒店，很方便。樓梯，沒有電梯。樓層不高，4層介紹的谷記海鮮晚餐套餐便宜又好。第二天介紹的下川常興海鮮餐廳套裝便宜新鮮好吃，尤其是螃蟹和白灼蝦，新鮮好吃，十個菜吃光盤
