主樓一樓洗手間及.牆紙更新過不錯，但床也緣容易踢腳，碰傷。這個有待改善。温泉池乾淨，工作人員態度好#衞生

温泉池還算較多的。但前台某接待的客服真是不怎地，相信不少客人深受其苦，我們本就訂的不是最低檔都説是最低檔，帶去看過既簡又舊還帶晦味，好在另一客服幫忙找間合適的。

感恩我遇上，看着攜程4.8分的，訂了三間雅緻雙人房，拿房發現是副樓的小黑屋，加了100元換了主樓的豪華房。簡單説是房間剛翻新，門不隔音，水壓不足，房間竟然沒有送瓶裝水？房間的床衹有1.8米長，一個晚上小腳丫還露在床外。被子薄，短，想開個暖氣，不斷跳電，估計安數不夠過。凍了一個晚上，吃個早餐，雞蛋還是人手一個，鄉村早餐的水平。請問4.8分是怎樣來的。
