After five minutes, I couldn't stand it and I immediately went ashore. Secondly, the service attitude was extremely poor. When I checked in at around 2 pm, there was only one check-in gate, but the queue was quite long, and there was no more check-in gate. Later we We made a complaint before adding another one; during the queue, we clearly saw that the parents of the children in front of us did not need to register. After we complained that the queue was too long, our children were forced to register. When we raised objections, the staff also lied and stated that all the signatures were available. When it came to registration, we looked through the previous registrations and didn't even write anything down. The staff couldn't refute it immediately. Moreover, the check-in front desk may not be in the same place as the room, which is very inconvenient.

比較老舊，設施較差，一次性拖鞋沒有，連個裝臟衣服的塑料袋都沒有，隔音很差。能看到海景，但是沒有陽台，不夠開闊，窗台也沒有墊子，坐着很硬。早餐到10點鐘馬上開始趕人走，服務意識差。總體來説比較一般，但是沒有其他選擇。

住的是海角樓，有些年份了。雖然乾淨衞生，但是設施設備老舊損壞的較多，馬桶圈蓋是壞的，吹風機也是壞的。。。 沙灘管理也是亂的，沒辦法，五一人多，不怕顧客不來

原來海角樓是最破舊那棟樓，裏面真的是破破爛爛的感覺，小孩子説被子也是一股味道，原來還有不同樓棟的，還分主樓，海御樓都是不一樣的，早餐在主樓吃，九點到，全都是冷冰冰的了，沙灘很多收費的椅子，幸運的是天氣比較好，拍照很出片，夕陽很美

設施完善，非常乾淨整潔，樓下就是小沙灘，適合小朋友玩耍，記得一定要去吃泥蟲粥，絕對不會讓你失望的選擇

停車安排亂，入住和非入住的同一個停車場入住的反而沒地方停。入沙灘寫着早上八點，但八點多了問下阿姨開得門未，她太度噁心地説八點上班上班搞好衞生才放入，八點她上班沒毛病，公示出來是八點開放不是八點搞衞生，她搞衞生我要入去有沖突嗎？而且已經超過八點了也不開門，怎麼不寫十點開門？你慢慢搞幾個小時衞生好了！平時旅遊都好評，這次在家鄉決定寫多點，景區服務要整改啊！

家庭遊我們訂了9個房間想安排在同一個樓層的，酒店人員卻告訴我同一樓層衹有7個我們這種户型沒有了如果需要要升級到海景房 一個樓層剛好9個房間 我就出於禮貌問着能幫忙免費升級嗎？前台人員卻説不可以 如果你説房源緊張不免費升級我能理解 但你不是房源緊張。好了不行我也無所謂 我説那我付錢升級吧需要補多少差價我直接付就好了！前台人員更奇葩 説讓我在攜程平台修改訂單來處理！ 升級個房型兩個房補個差價60元 讓我弄來弄去 真不知道怎麼培訓的！
