住了多次，有書可借閲，吃飯也方便。但有一次給安排了正在裝修樓層的房間，有點不爽，其他還好，離昌大昌很近

無論前台接待、樓層服務員、餐廳服務員，他們都非常有禮貌，很友善，令我們倍感親切。
電梯需要等待較長時間。
房間大體是算乾淨的，很舒適。美中不足的是房內電話佈滿灰塵，洗手枱、淋浴間、洗手間的清潔程度略顯不足，是有灰塵和黴斑。
希望貴酒店多加註意。
