Taishan Hotels with Airport pickup service

This is the third time I have stayed, and this time I stayed again after four years after the epidemic. The room environment is getting old, but overall clean. The location is close to the commercial city, and there is HEYTEA downstairs. In the morning, you can drink morning tea in the Chinese restaurant on the third floor downstairs. But it's a pity that there is no non-smoking area... The surrounding area is full of smoke.

This trip was an impromptu trip, and I booked the wrong room on the 18th. I canceled it immediately and changed my reservation successfully, which was great. Many people checked in tonight, and they were upgraded to a room for free. Thank you very much to the front desk of the hotel.

The hotel is great. It is tall and elegant. The bed is great. The hotel has complete functions. The price/performance ratio is very high. The facilities are very complete. I would like to praise their hair dryer which is very easy to use. I like the bathtub! It's very friendly for people like us who love taking a bath. There are also bathtubs and bath salts next to the bathtub. The balcony in the room is also OK. The network is very smooth. The bathroom is separate from the toilet. You have to live there to understand it, highly recommended.

We, a party of 8, visited 台山, our ancestral home, over the weekend. We booked 5 rooms at 丽怡, mostly because it is new and conveniently located in the town center. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Hotel staff were courteous. Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would have given a higher rating if not for the following reasons: 1) We weren't able to get a non-smoking room per our preference. The hotel only has one floor dedicated as non-smoking. The hotel did some odor removal treatment and opened the windows before we checked in but I would still prefer to stay in a non-smoking room. 2) There is a low humming noise throughout the night till around 5:30 am. Not enough to wake you if you are tired and sound asleep but it will be difficult to sleep again once you woke up during the night. All 5 rooms can hear the humming noise. Don't know if it is because there is a steel fabrication shop next to the hotel or due to hotel's own aircon compressor.

The location and environment of the hotel are acceptable, but other management and reception are poor. It can only be said that the hardware is up to standard, and the management services cannot keep up at all. The hotel is still in the era of requiring deposits. The hotel's reception service is average, at least you can't feel the word international hotel. The parking lot at the door is also confusing, and the instructions for the underground parking lot are unclear. Secondly, the hotel's breakfast is only divided into categories above and below 1.2 meters, and all are charged. There are very few breakfast varieties, the taste is average, and they can barely fill your stomach.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, with warm service. There is a hot spring pool in the room, which is refreshing. I will come again next time hahaha

The hotel is in a moderate location, in the city, not far from Taishan High-speed Railway Station, and has convenient transportation. The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful. When you enter the room and look out the window, you can have a panoramic view of the lake and autumn colors, which is infinitely comfortable. Although the breakfast in the hotel is not very rich, it is fresh and steaming. It is good. However, the restaurant is closed at noon and evening, so the guests have nowhere to eat. There are no corresponding teahouses and restaurants in the surrounding area. I heard that they have closed down. Well, maybe it will be the situation after the epidemic! Also, the room is not equipped with a full-length mirror. There are things left by previous guests and some hair and confetti on the carpet, which is not very clean. I hope the hotel can improve it to make guests’ stay experience more comfortable~~

It is hygienic and not wasteful!

The hotel is in a strategic location, opposite the commercial city and pedestrian street. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment. There are many snack options at the night market. I went for late night snack that day and ate at Lao Mei Tsai, which has barbecue, fried noodles and rice. , there are many choices of other stir-fries, the taste is delicious, the heat is good enough, the dishes are all delicious, the hotel staff have a very good service attitude, they are all enthusiastic and responsible, the room is large and the environment is comfortable, The surrounding environment is quite quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Although the hotel decoration is old, the infrastructure is relatively complete, and the overall cost-effectiveness is high. Highly recommended! !
