Very very helpful staff, really clean room. The hotel was quiet, its location makes it easy to go to places you want to visit in Taitung.
Building B is right in the corner of the street where is building A, not a problem at all because the staff will accompany you there when you arrive.
I do recommend and hope to come back!

Note that there’s NO LIFT in this inn so if you have heavy luggages or bags, do consider again. Booked room with 3 Futon beds for family of 5 but no space to open up luggages to pack actually. With 1 luggage open, not much space to walk anymore. The kids did enjoy the futon bed concept and aircon was working well.
Clean beds, clean sheets nonetheless. There’s a small kitchen with microwave that is common space for all rooms, and some space to eat if you need to eat in.
Some parking space along the roadside, or garden area nearby. 24hr laundromat is 5 mins walk to the main road. It’s an inn so have to manage expectations of space.

Good place to stay, thank you. However, the check in process can be greatly improved. It entailed exchanging well over 1000 words across 3 different platforms. The complexity makes it prone to human errors from both ends, which materialized multiple times in my case, making the experience annoying and frustrating.

I don’t often leave reviews but this hotel ******.
Can’t check in until 4PM even though the hotel was basically empty. Front desk staff were almost never there but were extremely unhelpful. Have to take off your shoes outside. Location sucks. 0 amenities in the room.
Once again the service was terrible. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

This was my second stay here, and both times the check-in process was very smooth and quiet. The only minor issue is that the soundproofing of the doors isn't the best; if you have your phone volume on full blast in the room, people outside can hear it at about half volume. However, everyone seems to be considerate and keeps noise levels down, so I never heard any sounds from other guests during my stay. This means if everyone respects the quiet, you'll have a fantastic experience. I've stayed twice and never been bothered by noise. Even when the cleaning staff were working in the morning, the noise was minimal, just a slight rustle. Overall, it's virtually silent.

The room and bathroom were clean, it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. They have a parking lot, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Even though it's advertised as smart, there were staff members on site to help. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The place simple but clean and had all the necessary equipment like a hair dryer, towels, shower gel and shampoo, a tv and more. A water boiler and coffee/tea could be taken from the common area, and there was also a water dispenser. The location is okay. The communication with the staff was easy via Line. One thing that could be improved though is an automatic cleaning service.
