Good points: 1. The room was spotlessly clean. 2. There were welcome sweets left for us. 3. Since shoes were not allowed inside, the floors were very clean. 4. The room key was a QR code sent to my smartphone, so I didn't need to carry a physical key around. Bad points: 1. You had to take off your shoes to enter the building, but the shoe lockers were located outside where anyone could easily take them. 2. The indoor slippers were reusable, which raised hygiene concerns. 3. The room door didn't open twice when I scanned the QR code, which was quite confusing. I was told that I hadn't closed the door properly, but if it wasn't closed, I'd expect it to open, wouldn't I? I didn't understand that at all. 4. The front desk was only staffed during check-in and check-out hours, so when the door didn't open, I could only communicate via LINE. 5. While luggage storage is available after check-out, the front desk isn't staffed until 11 AM, so I was hesitant about leaving my luggage in the unmanned common area due to safety concerns. In the end, I had to return to the hotel before 11 AM during my sightseeing to check out and store my luggage. Being locked out twice was a bit traumatic, and it made me anxious about leaving the hotel to go for meals or shopping. When staying here, they say it's fine as long as you firmly pull the door shut when you leave, so please be careful everyone.

The B&B is located at the end of Zhengqi Street, close to several famous shops. It's about a 15-minute walk to the night market, but parking is relatively convenient, so the location is pretty good. Since it's a smart hotel, all communication and services are handled online. You even use your phone to scan a code to enter the room, which is very eco-friendly and convenient. The only downside is that the air conditioner in the room made a strange noise, making it difficult to sleep. Also, there's no front desk staff available, so the drawback of smart services is that if something unexpected comes up, there's no one to help.
