酒店設施比較陳舊了，樓下的酒樓生意不錯，包房服務好。4月4日上午近11點退房時，前台的服務員態度非常惡劣，口氣囂張，和這個星級酒店完全不配！嚴重鄙視泰興華美達酒店4號上午當班的前台！！！

總枱沒有人，等了10幾分鐘説是去上廁所了，然後態度十分惡劣，房間地毯臭襪子味，設施、毛巾用品破舊，還不讓退換房間，還品牌酒店，丟人現眼
