We stayed at the hotel for one night, while going from Pingyao to Zhangjiajie. We arrived at the train station in the evening, and had to take the train the following morning. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off which was very convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with snacks, tea and all the furnitures we could need. The staff was SO helpful: they ordered some food for us (everything on the app was in mandarin and we couldn't understand how to do it ourselves), recommended some local favorites, and delivered it to our room. They also helped us do laundry even though it was late in the evening, so we had clean clothes to continue our trip. All in all, our stay was excellent, and I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

The experience was fantastic!
Location: Excellent, with convenient transportation and a lively neighborhood, perfect for shopping and dining.
Room: Clean and tidy, comfortable bedding, and a perfect night's sleep. Excellent soundproofing, quiet and not noisy.
Service: The staff was attentive and accommodating, and even gave us a small gift upon check-in.
Breakfast: Extensive variety and excellent taste, catering to every taste.
Value for money: Excellent value, great value for money.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area! Highly recommended.
