Room carpet is stained. People smoke at the breakfast lounge and service staff just ignored.

Stayed at the hotel for one night to visit the Jinci Temple and the Shanxi Museum. The location of the hotel is convenient, right next to the museum. The stay was definitely fine but missing some nice attentions : the check-in is quite cold and the fridge in the room is empty (no drinks but water). Also, the carpet in the room had many big spots despite the cleaning. A few more details would make the experience more memorable.
