When I arrived at the hotel with my luggage, Xiaoxia and Xiaoxin from the front desk immediately came forward to help. They made the check-in process smooth and efficient, with no unnecessary steps. They spoke softly and patiently answered all my questions without being dismissive. They were genuinely sincere, and my first impression was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the Provincial Museum. The hotel is relatively new, well-equipped, and offers a rich breakfast. The service is exceptionally good, and guests' requests are promptly met. Five-star rating! This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Taiyuan again.

Extremely satisfied! The location is fantastic. Our top priority in Taiyuan was the Provincial Museum, and we knew it was close but didn't realize just how close. The hotel is very quiet, not on a noisy commercial street, and ordering takeout was easy. Compared to other Atour hotels, it's pretty much the same. I didn't find anything particularly great about it. One experience was really bad: the front desk kept badgering me for a good review and wanted me to leave it immediately, which I've never encountered at other Atour locations.
