My stay at InterContinental Taiyuan was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Fen River and MixC shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The room was spacious and bright, with elegant decor, comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were professional and enthusiastic, providing the quality and meticulous service you'd expect from the InterContinental brand from check-in to check-out. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and the quality was top-notch. The overall environment is high-end and comfortable, with attention to detail evident throughout. This is definitely a highly recommended five-star hotel in Taiyuan, and I'll certainly choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel is very close to Mixc City and has plenty of dining options nearby. The room is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and I slept really well. Breakfast was plentiful and featured local specialties, with a wide array of delicious carb-heavy dishes.

I was very satisfied with the hygiene, environment, food, and service! The facilities were also well-designed and high-quality! I love all the InterContinental hotel chains in China! The staff in the breakfast restaurant were highly professional! When some food crumbs fell on the floor, she squatted down to clean them with a small brush, which made me feel comfortable and trust the hotel.

Steve at the front desk of InterContinental Taiyuan is truly a benchmark for excellent service in the industry! During check-in, the staff accurately identified my membership status and completed all procedures within three minutes. He even proactively upgraded my room to a lake view. Later at night, when I asked for recommendations for local food, the duty manager, Lily, personally drew a map and suggested an authentic Shanxi restaurant, even marking the taxi route clearly. The perfect combination of professional expertise and efficient execution made my business trip completely worry-free.

We stayed at this 5-star hotel twice during our trip to Taiyuan. The environment is excellent, the service is great, breakfast is abundant, and parking is convenient. On our second stay, we asked the front desk if we could have a late check-out until 2 PM, and they happily agreed, which really reinforced the hotel's top-notch quality and service.
