I have to write this review, I was so pissed off about my stay here, all the good reviews were fake. First of all, the hotel room is very small, the bathroom is not even 1 square meter, it's hard to even turn around to take a shower, the person at the door had to go in sideways. I originally booked 3 days, but after checking in, I canceled the remaining two days immediately, thinking it was just for the time being, so I quickly changed hotels the next day, and here came the most infuriating thing, this hotel has no hot water! ! The water was warm at night and in the morning. When I asked the front desk, they just asked me to turn on the water. They said it might take 20 minutes. If a hotel can't even provide 24-hour hot water, it shouldn't be turned on. Isn't this just a rip-off? I quickly found a new hotel to take a shower the next day. The air conditioner makes as much noise as a tractor at night. Everyone should avoid coming to this crappy hotel. It will totally ruin your travel mood!

Home Inn Gulou is the wisest choice for this trip to Taiyuan. The beautiful and handsome guys at the front desk were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to tell me about the delicious food nearby. Special thanks to the handsome guy at the front desk, He Zixuan, the traffic policeman who came to check the car and immediately called me to move the car (even more anxious than me). There is also a beautiful waiter and manager who recommended a cheap parking lot nearby. She is very considerate. It is so rare to have service staff who are so considerate of customers. I will come to your home next time I come to Taiyuan.

Not to mention anything else. If you lose your room key card, you will be charged ten yuan to replace it. There is no advance reminder when you check in. It’s not much money. But I think it’s unfair. I have decades of experience in staying in hotels. I have never been in a hotel (whether it is China or foreign countries) charge fees to reissue room key cards. Bullying guests. I felt good staying at Home Inn in Yunnan a few months ago. That’s why I booked Taiyuan Home Inn. I will be afraid of this brand in the future. 😡😡😡😡
