This hotel is super convenient! It's just a short walk to Wuyi Square, where you can stroll through the park and visit Liuxiang Chongyang Palace. For the price, it's really great value for money.

I just had to leave a review! The location is absolutely perfect! You see it right as you exit Taiyuan West Square Metro Station (Exit B), and it's just a few minutes' walk to Taiyuan Railway Station. It's incredibly convenient for catching trains or meeting up with groups, making business trips or vacations a breeze. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was fantastic – so welcoming and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they were always ready to help with anything, paying attention to every detail. The room was spotless, no weird smells, and the facilities were new and smart, working perfectly. The soundproofing was excellent; it was incredibly quiet at night, and the mattress was so comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. The breakfast selection was adequate, and the taste was on point. It offers amazing value for money and is a truly reliable choice among mid-to-high-end chains. The only minor regret is that the breakfast variety could be a bit more extensive, but that doesn't detract from the overall experience at all. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taiyuan!

The hotel's location is super convenient. Check-in was handled professionally and efficiently by the front desk staff. My room was clean and quiet, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Taiyuan Station. The room wasn't large, and the hardware facilities were pretty standard. The service was neither bad nor exceptional. Breakfast was okay, but definitely not what I'd call abundant. Overall, the hotel is decent, but it doesn't live up to the standard of a Trip.com 'four-diamond' upscale hotel. It's more like a three-diamond at best.

An excellent choice for a trip to Taiyuan! The location is superb, the breakfast is exquisite, and the service is warm and welcoming. Special mention to front desk attendant Wang Yaqi for her strong service-oriented approach.

Had a pretty good stay! It's really close to the subway station and super convenient for getting to Liuxiang. The room was also warm and very clean. The front desk staff were very attentive too. Great experience! Would definitely recommend to others! 👍🏻👍🏻

The room was clean and tidy, and the surrounding transportation was also very convenient.

This was a temporary stopover in Taiyuan. The room was decent, but it's a bit of a walk to the main commercial area. The room itself was very new and clean, with a desk and a spacious bathroom. The next day, we took a chartered car to Foguang Temple, which was great.

The hotel is very close to Taiyuan Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby, which was great for an early morning departure with our tour group. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; knowing we had an early start, they thoughtfully packed our breakfast in advance and even added extra bread. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

This is second time we stayed in this hotel, which is 2 days apart from the previous one. This time, the hotel has improved compared to my previous visit, probably listened to my review.  My room has a fridge, the lift is indicating which floor it stops at, and both lifts working compared to previous visit. WiFi got automatically connected as I was there few days ago. The front desk also offered free breakfast. There aren’t much variety. Overall experience is a lot more positive compared to previous.

A super bad experience with this hotel. The hotel cannot on the aircon because they claimed that the weather is cold outside. However the room was stuffy and hot because there was no winds. Besides , you need to close the curtain due to early sunrise at 5am. Is the first time I have experience a hotel that refused to on the central aircon for customers and insist I use the fan they provide when I complaint that the room is too stuffy and hot to sleep . Room temperature at 30 degree. Front reception is unprofessional and rude. Breakfast is lousy . There is no coffee provided and I found out that the coffee machine has not been working for weeks. Non smoking room , but the room smell of cigarette and towel also smell of cigarette. Never book this hotel. Extreme poor service and facilities and rooms Never book this hotel
