"We stayed at the hotel for one night, while going from Pingyao to Zhangjiajie. We arrived at the train station in the evening, and had to take the train the following morning. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off which was very convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with snacks, tea and all the furnitures we could need. The staff was SO helpful: they ordered some food for us (everything on the app was in mandarin and we couldn't understand how to do it ourselves), recommended some local favorites, and delivered it to our room. They also helped us do laundry even though it was late in the evening, so we had clean clothes to continue our trip. All in all, our stay was excellent, and I couldn't recommend the hotel more."

"everything was perfect until the last moment. rooms were clean and staff were friendly. was prepared to give a perfect review until the breakfast before checking out. the staff in charge of the noodle station was poor. promised everyone to make noodles and went missing after leading to an extremely long line and when pushed by the manager, he begrudgingly came out and made the noodles with a poor attitude. spoilt the perfect experience. will still recommend this hotel as it is clean and comfortable."
