We stayed at the hotel for one night, while going from Pingyao to Zhangjiajie. We arrived at the train station in the evening, and had to take the train the following morning. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off which was very convenient and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with snacks, tea and all the furnitures we could need. The staff was SO helpful: they ordered some food for us (everything on the app was in mandarin and we couldn't understand how to do it ourselves), recommended some local favorites, and delivered it to our room. They also helped us do laundry even though it was late in the evening, so we had clean clothes to continue our trip. All in all, our stay was excellent, and I couldn't recommend the hotel more.

The room was great, and the breakfast was super rich. We ate there for five days straight, and it was fresh every day. The customer service manager, Xiao Fan, was very attentive and helpful. There was a shuttle bus for the concert, but I didn't take it. However, I saw the hotel sign outside the venue. It was so conspicuous, hahaha. It made me feel at ease just looking at it. The pool closes at 10:30 every day, and the kids go there for a swim every day. My parents were also very satisfied with the hotel's bedding. This is a very cost-effective hotel.
