很不專業，下午14:30分了房間居然還沒有打掃完畢還需要等，大堂服務人員也不專業，居然説先到的先安排，晚到的晚安排，我們自己從12點後等到下午14點多了，還沒好，而且估計是假期的問題吧，酒店衞生條件也堪憂，公共區域基本沒人清理，詢問工作人員問題吧，得到的回覆是，新來的，我也不知道，餐廳員工也是回覆不知道，新來的，反而客房服務阿姨很熱心，值得表揚，大家看圖吧！
總結酒店環境不錯，衹是服務人員不夠專業，應該以後不會來了，還是隔壁的皇冠假日比較好，服務好，環境好
