Very unprofessional. The room was not cleaned at 14:30 in the afternoon and we had to wait. The lobby staff was also unprofessional. They said that those who arrived first would be arranged first and those who arrived later would be arranged later. We waited from 12:00 to 14:00 in the afternoon, but it was still not cleaned. It was probably a holiday issue. The hotel's sanitation was also worrying. There was basically no one cleaning the public areas. I asked the staff about it, and the reply I got was that they were new, and I didn't know. The restaurant staff also replied that they didn't know, and they were new. On the contrary, the room service aunt was very enthusiastic and deserved praise. Let's see the pictures! In summary, the hotel environment is good, but the service staff is not professional enough. I probably won't come here in the future.
