決定去泰州，訂了2晚金陵酒店，酒店地理位置很好，距離圖書館，文化館，美術館，博物館步行可達，走10分鐘就是萬象城，打車十幾元就能去老街，半小時就能到溱湖濕地，酒店停車位很多。行政單間有60多平方，2個衞生間，還有客廳，每晚還有歡迎水果，還送了孩子一份早餐，服務人員也都很親切，前台家驥、小旭、萌萌，客房部陳秀梅阿姨都很好，不錯的入住體驗。

不錯不錯。星級可算質量的保證，房間很大，設施設備齊全，物品一應俱全。房間隔音不錯，沒有聽到任何異響。大床炒雞大，兩人的手都碰不到。床墊很軟，感覺是記憶棉的，完全貼合身體曲線。停車場炒雞大，隨便停。感謝前台萌萌、莉莉，給予貼心提醒和指引，還有臨別小禮物。感謝客房服務利姐、紀姐，給予每日水果和礦泉水。

我們是8個人2兩車，第一天到達心裏較多，酒店工作人員看到後把行李車推過來幫我們一起卸行李，第一時間覺得服務很好，服務體驗感好的感覺衹持續到辦理入住前。第一天晚上叫了外賣，打電話給前台問能否送到房間，不能的話就自己下來拿，前台説可以。10:00接到外賣電話説外賣放在酒店的外賣箱，我再次電話和前台説外賣到了麻煩送下，直到10:30外賣還沒送來，下樓自取，詢問過程中酒店強調沒有電話通知要送外賣這個事，很不耐煩的説等大堂經理過來處理。大堂經理來了之後詢問經過，確認了有這個服務，也表達了歉意。早餐：2天的自助早餐時，打掃衞生的阿姨特別積極，不停的用抹布在擦，還讓客人們讓一讓，盛粥到一半被迫放下，等待阿姨一塊布從上到下打掃。
房間：設施還是偏老舊的，洗澡的時候水忽冷忽熱，浴室門空隙太大，即使關着門外面也有個小水池，馬桶要沖2次才能沖乾淨，反饋過問題，無人來解決。後面也不高興反饋了。護理套裝本來以為沒有棉簽，第二天房間打掃後，護理套裝有了棉簽，那第一天的肯定是被用過的，心裏很膈應。
