酒店位置比較方便在鳳城河區域內，距離桃園梅園步行1km左右，望海樓步行五分鐘可達，這個應該是這家酒店唯一的優點了。
週末來泰州旅遊在這家酒店住了三天，首先酒店在中信銀行的園區裏面，沒有自己的停車下客區域，送我的滴滴司機想停進園區被保安大聲呵斥不讓進園區，試問難道讓酒店客人都自己拖着行李從園區外面進酒店？這點就很不方便。
其次酒店設施比較老，隔音非常差，在房間裏能清晰聽到隔壁説話聲，週末基本滿房所以住宿體驗很不好，非常影響睡眠。
另外早飯也很差，菜品種類很少，而且早上八點左右去餐廳 很多盤子就空着，要啥啥沒有，一直到吃完也沒有補過貨。味道也不好吃，還不如直接訂不含早的出去吃當地早茶。
最後是服務員態度也一般，三人間衹給兩瓶水兩幅牙刷，問前台要幾瓶水每次都要追問房號在那邊核對半天，體驗就很不好。而且入住首天是我生日，提前詢問是否有生日禮遇，答曰什麼都沒有，需要蛋糕可以吃酒店的下午茶，需要生日麪的話酒店晚上十一點有深夜一碗麪（這兩項我入住有送但都沒有去體驗，一是時間不合適二是小蛋糕和麪條早飯也有，都很難吃所以估計下午茶和夜宵的也是一樣的品種），總體對比之前住過的許多酒店，服務真的不太行。訂的一晚五六百的房間在泰州應該不算便宜了，房間遠比我後一週再南通訂的三百多的酒店要差很多，不會再來。

看了評價果斷選擇了這家酒店，很好，沒有讓我失望，酒店乾淨整潔，有求必應有求必到。酒店早餐也很好，可以滿足大部分客人的要求！且酒店位置極佳，就在風城河邊上，老街梅園望海樓十到十五分鐘路程，總之很好！有任何問題小周都會幫忙解決，小俞也會主動提供幫助!五分好評！

第一次來泰州，多次搜尋比對，最後選定了文旅美麗豪酒店，應該説還是很滿意的。酒店位置就在鳳城河景區，距離萬達，萬象城都不遠，交通方便，車位也很充足。酒店看店面不是很顯眼，但是進去以後感覺很温馨舒適，服務員彬彬有禮，房間設施齊全，浴室等地方還有温馨提示，還有下午茶，早餐種類還是很豐富的，吃起來還不錯。總體來説是一次很滿意的入住體驗！五星好評！也提一點意見：房間床頭和桌子上插座有些松，現在出門旅遊帶的多頭插頭插上去容易掉下來，後來拿紙巾盒墊着的，希望改進；房間無線網感覺信號不太好；衞生間的門邊的墊條感覺推拉時容易掉。希望貴店能做的更好，更加盡善盡美，也祝貴店生意興隆！
