When I checked out, the front desk manager asked how the experience of staying in the store was. I can say that it was as warm as returning home. Besde the facilities and hotel room are Excellent. The service quality are Top of the line! Firstly, when i check-in, the reception - Zhong walked to me immediate by helping me with my luggages. Then Joy helps me to check in quickly. The room service Ms Chen was quick to respond to my request. David the chef and esp. Ben Xu the front desk manager has help me even without me asking. Bravo for that! And last but not least, in the swimming pool - Yuan was excellent. Keep uo the good work!!! Hope to see you all soon when i come back. Btw, Hotel rate was a bargain! One laat thing, breakfast was not so great, if i can be critical. But still good. 😃
