訂了兩個晚上，第一個晚上沒熱水，澡都洗不了。想問Wi-Fi密碼，給前台打了好幾個電話都沒人接。漢庭住了很多次了，第一次出現這種情況，住宿體驗很差。

太離譜居然晚上沒有熱水，洗澡都沒有辦法洗，早上退房的時候問前台説凌晨一點才修好的。那當時電話裏直接説今天晚上沒法洗不就行了嗎，讓人等着又累又困，最後還沒洗上!!!凍着了早上起來嗓子痛影響一條旅遊的心情!!!

體驗非常的不好，五一人流量大知道給房間漲價不知道檢修設施嗎，整個酒店沒有熱水洗澡，好不容易有熱水了水質還非常差，要不是第二天需要早起趕船，必定換酒店，衹知道説不好意思，沒有任何解決方案，衹能乾等着，等到凌晨一點多，非常氣憤

我們是在攜程上預訂的，總的來講酒店各方面服務還是可以的。但是讓我們不舒服的就是當天前台女工作人員拿我們的手機下載了華住 app, 還給我們預約了上海家博會的入場券，等回家後家博會主辦方給我們打了幾次電話説是我們預約的票搞得我們莫名其妙！打擾了我們的生活，漢庭工作人員這樣的操作是要給漢庭減分的

極力推薦酒店前台小蔡！
我們在辦入住的時候，因為其中有個朋友有點自閉症，所以身份證上帶了套，不喜歡被別人看見，但是前台十分體貼沒有半點嘲笑，人真的非常好。
後來我們沒搞清楚那個機器人送外賣，麻煩小蔡跑了兩趟，真是太體貼了。還幫我們解決了水槽問題。真的很棒
