這家酒店簡直太棒了！前台Denis業務熟練，熱情工作，讓人感覺像回到家一樣。管家Shelly更是及時解決客人需求，讓我們的行程更加順暢。
酒店地處市中心，旁邊就是大型綜合商場，娛樂設施充足，吃喝玩樂一應俱全。
早餐種類豐富，味道超讚！更有台州當地糯嘰嘰的食物，此外，房間更是做了升級，設施齊全，獨立衣帽間、浴缸，乾淨整潔，讓人倍感舒適。

酒店還算比較新，設施不錯，工作人員具備了五星級酒店該有的質素，禮貌且不羅嗦。房間乾濕分離，獨立的衣帽間，床軟硬適中，唯一美中不足的是房間隔音還是差了些，走道的動靜聽的很清楚。健身房器材齊全，打掃的很乾凈，每台跑步機上面放着毛巾，前面有人使用好的器材保潔員會馬上清潔，使用起來會很放心。總體來説還是很不錯的一家酒店，隔壁就是商場，吃飯很方便。

The lobby manager Mr. Sun made me feel the soul of a hotel. In addition to the extremely good hardware facilities, the meticulous service is its core. He thoughtfully helped me upgrade to an executive suite and gave me breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. The feedback on guests' needs was express and professional.
