酒店氣派漂亮，進酒店就有舒服的感覺，各服務人員都很盡責而且熱情禮貌，職業素質高，房間設備都很好，細節上，自來水水量大，熱水出水快，一個小瑕疵，洗頭膏，沐浴液，洗手液的字太小，很難看清，房間燈光設計很好，吃的方面，早餐品種豐富，晚上付費自助餐品種多樣，性價比高，值得推薦。

臨時和朋友起議，由於買不到從紹興到上海的高鐵車票，就到台州吃海鮮選住的酒店。酒店是老的五星酒店，從房間的佈置和設施來看當時把細節設計的非常好，很多是標準化、成品化，很不錯。早餐也非常好，有很多特色品種，都明廚現場製作，和其他酒店都是預製菜，就顯得特別難能可貴，而且還有廚師現場巡視，對客人直接服務，照顧客人的要求，非常好。中餐也在酒店用餐，領班服務員非常貼心，為客人專業介紹菜品，菜品也非常好。

設施：顯示是2020裝修，但是設施一點也不陳舊，入住的感覺非常好！
衞生：衞生清理的也非常乾淨
環境：周邊有世紀聯華購物非常方便，還有公安局安全有保證。
服務：晚上還有阿姨給我送水果。還給我送了張咖啡券，可以去換一杯星巴克咖啡！
