I confirmed with the hotel before I checked in and said that I upgraded the room and breakfast. I went to have breakfast in the morning, and the lady at the breakfast front desk said ”Sir, you don't have breakfast in your room”, I said, ”Why don't you check with the front desk, they confirmed with me yesterday”, the lady said, why don't you go ask the front desk yourself. Walked to the front desk and told me that the breakfast was not put in. However, the processing at the front desk was fast, and they helped me deal with it immediately, but the attitude of the eldest sister at the breakfast gate was really not very good, and the overall connection was too smooth. I made a promise but didn’t fulfill it well, and there was no explanation in the follow-up, which really made people even more disappointed.

Because I drove over to play by myself, I saw the platform recommend this hotel to have free parking, so I booked this hotel. It was late when I arrived, but the front desk service was not neglected. It was very serious to wait for two cups of health tea and it was quite delicious, because the floor that came later was a little higher and the room service was upgraded for free. The room service was in place and very good. After arriving in the room, I felt OK. I heard that the front desk said it was renovated. It looked good.
