The service concept still needs to be improved during this stay. When the driver stopped at the check-in gate to pick up a few suitcases, there was no waiter to answer and I was speechless. The meal was the most speechless, because it had been raining continuously since I checked in in the afternoon, so I went to the restaurant to order food. I ordered a few dishes, only the shredded potatoes were barely edible after being recooked, and the other dishes were obviously pre-made. This is not the point. Several waiters in the restaurant chatted about daily life, which completely ruined the overall atmosphere of the hotel. There was also one who kept coughing from time to time and did not wear a mask... so he quickly took a few bites and escaped. Originally, when you checked into the hotel, you would get a piece of fruit, but you didn’t have to worry about the fruit. The service was just a perfunctory addition... There was nothing in the minibar... That’s it... I feel that this hotel overall feels too tired...maybe it has something to do with my career...I care about Feng Shui...you can see spitting disgusting everywhere when you go out🤢
