mattresses are so dirty, was full of hair.
The hotel has only 2 washing machines, waiting for so long
the counter staffs are good

A few black spots on bedsheets.
Excellent value for its rooftop hot spring.
Staffs were decently polite and helpful as I needed help to make a phone call to another hotel.
They also provided band-aid on demand when my feet got hurt.
About 7 minutes walk from Kawaramachi station.

算是性價比之選吧
進來check in後房卡好像有問題
下去找經理主動幫忙，日本服務就是好，讚
check out也可以用機器，早起不成問題
位置不算太差，樓下有便利店
算是市區和栗林公園的中心位
附近商店街好大呀，不怕沒地方逛
酒店設施普通，不過單人房性價比一流
屋頂十樓有露天溫泉不錯，還有桑拿可以焗
