The hotel’s service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The scenery was breathtaking, offering stunning views that made every moment special. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, featuring delicious dishes that showcased local flavors. To top it off, they surprised us by preparing a famous local cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was a delightful and thoughtful touch. Everything was perfectly arranged, and their attention to detail truly impressed us. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable experience.

It’s located in a prime location up on a hill with breath taking view. Spacious rooms with good facilities and hospitality. Easy accessible local traffic just down the hill.

Helpful staff, beautiful and clean room, nice onsen with high-quality water and stunning view from the top in the morning. The dinning room was nice in terms of atmosphere and the food was above average. But the restaurant staff refused to borrow a knife for us to cut fruits at our room, making us slightly frustrated despite their explanation about safety issues.

Excellent experience at a Japanese Onsen hotel! The interior design was very traditional Japanese and the room was spacious with a small balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. Onsen was beyond our expectations, with private baths (no reservations but tends to have at least one available) and also good substances in the spring water that gives a relaxing sensation to your muscles. Overall really enjoyed our stay.
