While the breakfast isn't extensive, it's quite refined, and it's super convenient if you're in a hurry. The hotel hosts many tour groups from Europe and Southeast Asia, but the elevators are fast, so it's not an issue. We pre-booked dinner at the hotel's famous French restaurant, but business was slow – surprisingly few guests even on Halloween, and no decorations either. However, the food was delicious, the presentation was excellent, and the set menu was very satisfying and reasonably priced."

"My friend and I stayed at Webase two single rooms during our trip for Setouchi Triennale 2025. Although it is a bit far from the station and Takamatsu Port (20 minutes on foot), it is very close to shopping area, and the food streets, Many restaurants and cafes nearby. I reported the hygiene problem to Ctrip and the hotel changed my room to solve it. The room key is a physical key, not a credit card. You need to leave it at the front desk every day when you go out. "The hotel is located above the Shikoku Bank building in Marugamemachi, with the front desk on the eighth floor. Minamishinmachi is right across the street. The area is bustling and transportation is convenient. There's a taxi stand downstairs, and it costs about 800-something yen to take a taxi to the JR station. There are public bus stops within a 5-minute walk, making it very easy to get to Ritsurin Garden and the train station/port. The hotel offers a variety of room types. I booked a twin room which was 28 square meters, spacious enough to lay out 3 or 4 suitcases. It's great value for money. The hotel service is excellent. When I was leaving for my next destination, the Kotohira Onsen hotel, I asked the front desk to help me contact them for pick-up. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly patient and kept confirming the details. I'd give their service a perfect score."

"This was probably the most expensive hotel we stayed at during this trip, but it was unavoidable since it coincided with a Japanese holiday. **Environment:** The location is excellent. "The room is bigger than expected, but the facilities are a bit old, basically clean, and the service is normal. Check-in and room are not in the same building, but it is not a big problem. Downstairs is a famous shopping street, so you'll have no trouble finding food and drinks and can experience the local vibe. Although breakfast is simple, it's clean, and you can comfortably enjoy curry rice and udon noodles."

"I stayed here for one night and found it very convenient, as the port is located right in front of the hotel. I needed to take the ferry/high-speed boat, so the location was perfect. A pleasant surprise was the public bath on the top floor, which I enjoyed. However, I didn’t purchase a breakfast ticket upon arrival and later discovered I couldn’t buy breakfast at the hotel—this lack of flexibility was disappointing.
