"The location is incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel entrance, and the train station, bus terminal, and ferry terminal are all just a minute's walk away. There's also a bakery in the hotel with a good reputation, though guests no longer get discounts. From the breakfast area on the first floor, you can see the queue at the ferry terminal. While the breakfast isn't extensive, it's quite refined, and it's super convenient if you're in a hurry. The hotel hosts many tour groups from Europe and Southeast Asia, but the elevators are fast, so it's not an issue. We pre-booked dinner at the hotel's famous French restaurant, but business was slow – surprisingly few guests even on Halloween, and no decorations either. However, the food was delicious, the presentation was excellent, and the set menu was very satisfying and reasonably priced."
"My friend and I stayed at Webase two single rooms during our trip for Setouchi Triennale 2025. Although it is a bit far from the station and Takamatsu Port (20 minutes on foot), it is very close to shopping area, and the food streets, Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly English / Mandarins speaking staffs, easy self check-in/out. All was as expected and described."
"Located on a hill near Takamatsu Station, you can see the beautiful night view from a high vantage point. There is a large hot spring bath on the top floor, which is very clean. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby. Parking is also very convenient. Highly recommended"
"If you have high requirements for hygiene, you should stay here with caution. I stayed here for 10 nights. On the first night, I saw a lot of dust in the corners. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom was very clean, no problem, but the cleanliness of the bathroom was too different from that of the corners and tables in the room.
I reported the hygiene problem to Ctrip and the hotel changed my room to solve it.
The room key is a physical key, not a credit card. You need to leave it at the front desk every day when you go out. You also need to leave the key at the front desk when you want to clean.
This hotel is very cost-effective for a single person, except for the room hygiene problem. The breakfast is OK. There is also free supper curry and beef rice, and you can add 250 yen to eat udon noodles. There are free drinks from 12:00 to 24:00.
But the location of the hotel is not very good. It is 2 kilometers away from the JR station and the port, and it takes half an hour to walk every day. I have mentioned the advantages and disadvantages. Please consider this hotel according to your own situation."
"The hotel is located above the Shikoku Bank building in Marugamemachi, with the front desk on the eighth floor. Minamishinmachi is right across the street. The area is bustling and transportation is convenient. There's a taxi stand downstairs, and it costs about 800-something yen to take a taxi to the JR station. There are public bus stops within a 5-minute walk, making it very easy to get to Ritsurin Garden and the train station/port. The hotel offers a variety of room types. I booked a twin room which was 28 square meters, spacious enough to lay out 3 or 4 suitcases. It's great value for money. The hotel service is excellent. When I was leaving for my next destination, the Kotohira Onsen hotel, I asked the front desk to help me contact them for pick-up. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly patient and kept confirming the details. I'd give their service a perfect score."
"This was probably the most expensive hotel we stayed at during this trip, but it was unavoidable since it coincided with a Japanese holiday.
**Environment:** The location is excellent. You can catch the airport shuttle right outside.
**Facilities:** The room was quite spacious. We had no problem at all opening up two large suitcases. I'm glad we stayed here on our last day."
"The room is bigger than expected, but the facilities are a bit old, basically clean, and the service is normal. Check-in and room are not in the same building, but it is not a big problem. There is a shampoo bar in the check-in lobby where you can pick up items by yourself (it feels like a promotional spot), and there are disposable items and shampoo and shower gel in the room.
The advantage is that for our itinerary, the location is better, just opposite Takamatsu Station and close to the pier. It is convenient to take a bus to and from Osaka and take a boat to several islands, but it is far from the center of Takamatsu. However, there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so eating is not a problem~"
"The hotel was overall good.
The staff's service was quite satisfactory, and although the room was quite small, it was neatly organized. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the bed was a bit too soft..
They provide soba as a late-night snack, so you can eat it as much as you want.
There is a hot spring on the top floor, which is small in size but well-equipped. There is a sauna, cold water, hot water, and outdoor water, so it was really nice to use. You can use this as much as you want. After using it, you can have an ice cream bar or Yakult, and you will feel really good. There is a separate lounge opposite the entrance to the hot spring, so you can read comics because it is not too uncomfortable. However, there is a smoking room next to it, so you cannot use it.
The breakfast was also neat and good to eat. It was delicious because they fried the tempura right in the morning, and I could eat udon with high rice rice, which was nice. However, I thought they filled the table to the brim and secretly filled it up a lot, but as expected, the employees were muttering and several people were looking at me, so if you're going to come here, please fill up moderately..ㅎㅎㅎ There's also dessert, but I didn't take a picture..
Next time I go to Takamatsu, I'll come here again.."
"The hotel's location is super convenient for airport transfers as it's right at the airport bus drop-off point. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the port and JR Takamatsu Station, and there's an indoor bus stop downstairs, making it incredibly well-connected.
The room isn't huge, but it's clean and well-arranged. The soundproofing is decent, so it's quiet for sleeping at night. Travelers sensitive to smoke should pay close attention 👀 The hotel has both non-smoking and smoking rooms, and once you've chosen incorrectly or not paid attention, it's usually not possible to change rooms upon arrival.
Downstairs is a famous shopping street, so you'll have no trouble finding food and drinks and can experience the local vibe.
Although breakfast is simple, it's clean, and you can comfortably enjoy curry rice and udon noodles."
"I stayed here for one night and found it very convenient, as the port is located right in front of the hotel. I needed to take the ferry/high-speed boat, so the location was perfect. A pleasant surprise was the public bath on the top floor, which I enjoyed. However, I didn’t purchase a breakfast ticket upon arrival and later discovered I couldn’t buy breakfast at the hotel—this lack of flexibility was disappointing. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you plan to visit the nearby islands."

KKar YeeIt’s about 10 mins walk from airport bus station and 26 mins walk to the ferry terminal. On the day of our arrival, we accidentally left our bag in the bus. With the help of google translate, the hotel staff understood our problem and efficiently communicated with the bus company, we managed to get our bag eventually. There’s coin washer/dryer (¥300/wash) and free coffee/green tea in the cafe, a shared kitchen where one can heat up food and stuff. We stayed 4 nights and we have enjoyed our stay. Would love to go back again!
GGuest UserI stayed on the 10th floor for 3 days and 2 nights. It was generally very clean and comfortable. There was a washing machine and a bathroom dryer, which was great for consecutive stays.
The kitchen was also equipped with a microwave, dishes, knives, all-purpose scissors, etc., which was very convenient.
I'd definitely like to come again♪
GGuest UserIt was very convenient as it was close to the station. I was able to check in by myself, so my stay went smoothly.
I was a little confused about how to enter from the outside, but they were very polite and helpful over the phone, so it wasn't a problem.
Amenities were provided, so I was able to stay comfortably.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, very close to the train station. However, there's frequent train noise, though I imagine locals are quite accustomed to it. I booked a female-only dorm bed, but to access the women's restroom, you had to walk past the men's. What's more, there were two men's restrooms but only one for women – rather odd! On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. For a two-night stay, they offered a complimentary drink and even free ice cream.
GGuest UserThe hotel is within a minute's walk from my activity area. It is very quiet and very clean. I slept well and had a very comfortable night.
There are two convenience stores near the hotel, a stationery store, a cosmeceutical, a AEON, and several restaurants near AEON, which is very convenient.
AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, a few minutes walk to Takamatsu Station and Yuzao Park, I heard that the bathroom was remodeled before, there are several floors, each floor is estimated to have dozens of capsule rooms, there are bed curtains can be pulled down to cover, privacy is still OK, it is night snoring (understand) ... The place to take a bath is a collective bathroom. Everyone is stripped naked. Don’t come to experience this one who is shy and mindful. If you want to experience it, you can try it. You need to bring your own washing. The first floor is a bathhouse and laundry place. You need to change shoes when you enter the door. The whole is still very clean.
The accommodation includes breakfast (see evaluation picture), the place to eat is on the 2nd floor, in addition to the restaurant, there is actually a living room and chess and card room and even a place to watch comics and massage! ! ! There is really everything ...
Check-in price reference at the end of April: 152.53 yuan
HHKAnTThis hotel is conveniently located close to the JR station, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience. Highly recommend for travelers seeking convenience and great service!
XXinqingyiranThe location is very good. It's just a few steps away from Takamatsu Station (directly connected to the airport) and Takamatsu Port. It's very convenient to go island hopping every day. It's not far from Ritsurin Garden. It's just past the commercial street. Takamatsu is beautiful and peaceful. The Japanese people are very friendly.
