Hotel Crown Hills Takaoka

The mattress in the room was too soft and not very comfortable to sleep on. The hotel itself wasn't very new; it had a bit of history. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Because there was a problem with the gate of the parking lot next door, they helped us check it and later told us the location of other parking lots nearby. The good thing was that it was very close to Takaoka Station.

The breakfast was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the facilities were superb.

Overall, I was very satisfied! The free drink service and the complimentary rice porridge for a late-night snack were great, but it was a little disappointing that the hot water in the kettle wasn't refilled at times.

The room was spacious, but since it wasn't non-smoking, it (and the hallway) reeked of cigarette smoke. The location was great, just across the alley from the station exit.

I booked breakfast but it's not worth it. A convenience store bento or sandwich would be much more satisfying.

Small items such as combs, toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc. are next to the service desk on the first floor. They can be taken according to personal needs, which is very convenient. There are umbrellas at the entrance of the hotel that you can borrow if needed.

スタッフの研修がなされて居ないのか、チェックインの際、ウェルカムドリンク、大浴場、　 午後８時からのカレーやお茶漬け等の説明がありませんでした。BBHのホテルグループ、アイコニア•ホスピタリティ等のホテルや旅館は職員の意識が低いように感じます。研修してもその場限りで、終わってしまっているようです。
