Yamadakan

I stayed here while visiting Zenkoji's opening ceremony. This hot spring is located in the rich nature of the Matsukawa Valley, and unlike the entertainment-filled hot spring towns, I felt a simple warmth. There is a wonderful public bath in front of the inn. The hot springs smell like sulfur and have floating water flowers, which are of good quality. However, it is [very hot]. The open-air bath, which I had been looking forward to after reading about it on the inn's website, was so hot that I couldn't even touch it, even after adding water, so I gave up and decided to leave. I was very disappointed. I think the customer service was pretty average. I didn't feel that there was any particular politeness in the way they spoke or behaved. The food was delicious, but I think it was very average. Here are some other things I noticed: - The bed sheets were inside out and inside out. The name of the inn was upside down.・The coffee maker in the room wasn't working properly, so when I looked inside, I found that it was still clogged with trash from the previous guest.・When I ordered a non-alcoholic beer for dinner, I was told that it was out of stock.・Also, I don't think BGM (opera type songs) during dinner is necessary. If you are going to play background music, please make it a little more calming.・When paying at check-out, I was handed the bill with one hand, with the statement exposed. Isn't it a bit good for a high class inn? I think. The hot springs are wonderful, so I hope that the detailed services will be improved in the future.
