Hotel is located within mount Aso area. Hotel has public path and it comes with dinner and breakfast. Free parking is available on site too.

I was stuck on the way to the hotel due to heavy snow. Police drove me to the hotel and I arrived there 11pm. They are all felt asleep so no one let me in even we had communicated in advance about my situation.
That said, they helped me solve the problem of my car the next day.
By the way, I haven't booked breakfast and dinner on the Web and added them over the counter - surprisingly good but a little bit expensive.

I went there through a reservation made through Trip. The indoor bath and the open-air bath were very nice. The woman at the reception was kind and had a warm, pleasant smile.
However, Trip said that the check-out time was 12 o'clock, but when I actually checked in at the hotel, I was told that check-out was 10 o'clock, which was disappointing.

I want to say that the guy at the front desk gave me a very aggressive attitude when he spoke to me, a super bad attitude. I have never been treated so badly, and it is on the top of a mountain. I would never go there again. The room was different from what I booked, and the hot spring water was so hot that it felt like boiling a pig to death. Never go there again.
