これまで書かれた星一つの評価と同じ感想。中庭と、月が浜に近い立地以外に評価すべき点はない。 他の方が書かれていないこととしては、まず、部屋の照明器具の吊り下げ位置が低すぎる。頭にぶつかってしまう。 また、キッチン、リビングに網戸がなく窓が開け放たれているが、蚊除け対策がなされておらず、蚊に刺されまくった。 客に配慮しない、自分たちの好きなように商売して何が悪いという態度が滲み出ていて、せっかくの休暇が台無しになった。
