1週間以上の上原港への欠航状態で、海のアクティビティが全滅状態にもかかわらず、陸は大丈夫だから来るのが当たり前の様な対応。こちらは西表に行くのでなんとか波が弱いところでもシュノーケリング出来ないか？やってくれるところは無いか？と聞いてもたいした情報も無く。 そしてキャンセル料は当たり前の様な対応。西表初めての人は、時期やキャンセル期間などをよく読んで行った方が良いと思います。良い経験させていただきました。来年来たときは頼みません。ナイトツアーのツアーの対応や西表ツアーズのキャンセルポリシーは前日の18:00迄のキャンセルは無料となっているところなどリピートしますし、まだ滞在中には関連の石垣ツアーズさんにはお願いしようと思っております。 残念な対応する業者でした。

シャワーの水圧がびっくりするほど弱いです。 霧のような水圧で、しかも広がる為、頭がまともに洗えません。 お風呂にお湯を貯めるには30分以上かかります。 アフリカの砂漠の真ん中の宿泊施設のシャワーと同じ位でした。
