Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort & Spa

I had a nice stay at Khao Lak Marriott Resort & Spa overall. The resort is quite new, clean, and beautifully designed, with plenty of space to relax. I also really liked the variety of activities available, so you can easily spend most of the day at the resort without having to go out. The service was generally good. Most of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and I felt well taken care of. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of food, and the breakfast team provided very attentive service. There are a few small things that could be improved. I arrived quite late at night, and the check-in process was a little slow. The reception team seemed slightly confused at first, and I also noticed that some staff at Reception were wearing slippers during the night, which felt a little unusual compared with the more professional appearance during the daytime. Keeping the grooming standard consistent at Reception would help create a better first impression. Other than these minor points, I enjoyed my stay. Overall, it’s a good resort for a relaxing getaway, with nice rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, good facilities, and plenty of activities. Not perfect, but overall a pleasant experience and somewhere I would consider staying again.

The room was nice, especially because of how comfortable the bed was. The pool is spacious and has beautiful oceanfront views. As for the breakfast, while there is a wide variety, protein options are limited, with few meats, curries or stews .The machine coffee at the entrance tasted horrible, the coffee was watery, had no crema and lacked any aroma.
