Hotel is right next to the main road so the noise is really bad! even after paying more to upgrade to the re back room, noise levels are really bad during day and night. You can also hear everything in the corridor. The hotel is very run down overall. Way worse than on pictures. Strange to see it even has high reviews. Ended up staying only one night and was pleased to get a refund for the other 3 nights. Thanks to Trip.com and the hotel for that. Gym is 1/10 - no free weights - just a thread mill (not even sure it works). Reception staff is pleasant, but the English is bad.

Close to Bang Niang area, close to boxing stadium. It was quiet (the backside rooms).

Spacious room. Very clean. There is also a swimming pool. Close to Khaolak Center. Easy to find many things to eat.

Khao Lak is a small town and hence our expectations were not too high for the hotel rooms. However, the rooms are much better than the other budget hotels in the area.
When booking, I would advice you to take rooms with the highway view as they are bigger, recently refurbished and very positive.
1st floor rooms have no windows, which they have not advertised. Staff is friendly.
