The hotel is clean and comfortable. There's not much around, just a convenience store and a money exchange shop across the street. If you want to exchange money, the best rates are near McDonald's. I exchanged HKD to THB: 3.7 at the airport, 3.19 at the night market, and 4.12 near McDonald's.

The service was excellent. The room was beautiful and clean, and there were so many activities to do. You definitely won't get bored staying at the hotel. The restaurant was superb, with delicious food and a wide variety to choose from.

A pleasant, large hotel with excellent service and beautiful grounds. Quick check-in, clean and spacious room with a balcony. The property offers various amenities: a children's playground, a gym, a kids' playroom, bike rentals, several swimming pools, a mini-garden with different beds, a mini-zoo, multiple restaurants, and a wide beachfront. I chose this hotel for a vacation with my child, specifically for the water park – but it's quite modest, and the slides need a fresh coat of paint. Also, I'd suggest replacing the pool towels, as they are worn out and snagged. However, the slides are sufficient for children aged 3-5. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. I recommend it!

The rooms were great and well-cleaned by the housekeepers. The staff were all very friendly, especially the security, who seemed genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service. Breakfast was delicious, and the pizza was tasty. The hotel atmosphere was peaceful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.
