For the first time we encountered a situation when we arrived at a booked hotel, and no one was waiting for us there, the door was closed😂 Thais from a nearby restaurant helped us call the owner. An employee arrived and checked us in. We were all alone in the hotel! Very unusual! It was quiet at night, only the birds were singing. The breakfast was really excellent, they prepared eggs, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, everything for toast, tea and coffee just for us.
It was our first time when nobody met guests at the reception, and the door was closed😂 but the telephone connection with the owner was successfully completed. Some minutes later the manager met us. We were all alone in the hotel that night! The room is clean, the breakfast is really huge))) thank you!

I have rarely felt as at home as I did at Casacool. The owner, Kai, made us feel like we were part of her family. She drove us to the beaches, got us medicine when we weren't feeling well and did our laundry for free. Apart from that, the room was very clean, the breakfast had a great selection of lots of fruit and the location was also very central. I can only recommend it!

100% a must to stay here. Kai is an amazing person. The rooms are fab, highly recommend top floor. Super comfortable bed, beautifully decorated. Great view to enjoy a cold beer from. Fantastic breakfadt included in price. Super great value. Don yourself a favour and stay here!!!

This is the best place I've stayed so far in Thailand. Yes, the rooms are a bit dark, true, but EVERYTHING else is just sooo good, it easily makes up for it. My love goes out to the friendliest landlady on earth and her wonderful staff! The breakfast is otherworldly, especially considering that it's included in the price. 9.5/10. Highly recommended!

One of the most incredible things about Thailand is how friendly and welcoming its people are. Casacool and Kai, the owner, are living proof of this! I felt so well taken care of and welcomed that I extended my stay from 4 to 8 days. The place has everything you need, the staff is efficient and friendly, the rooms are super clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable, the location is excellent, the breakfast is delicious and Kai helps you with everything (booking tours, taxis, and even takes you to the beach ;)). I really felt at home. Thank you, Casacool! Hope to see you soon!

Owner very friendly Room comfortable.and clean.Larger than nirmal fridge Safe.Fair size room with dressing table,adequate hanging space.Locality perfect,parking on the doorstep.Large market with fantastic street food right across the road.Plenty of restuarants
