The hotel has a large and relaxing area, and the beachfront location is lovely, the air conditioner in the room was quiet noisy, which made it difficult to sleep well. There were also occasional knocking sound during the night, which seemed to come from the door area. The noise wasn’t very loud, but it happened several times throughout the night and was enough disturb my sleep. I’m not sure what caused it, but hopefully this can be looked into.

Perfect vacation! This’s my 2nd time visited here. Clean room and pool, Nice service, beautiful view. Mom and I love activities we’ve enjoy the bowling 4 games round😆 and badminton!

• Everything is far from each other but you can call to reception to request a golf cart, and it comes pretty quickly
• There’s many activities in this resort but extra fees
• Walkable to the beach at the end of the resort

For those seeking a relaxing getaway, this hotel is for you. Great breakfast, clean rooms. Most attentive service from Khun Thep, Khun Pla and Khun Toey of the recreations team. The bellman team were also very helpful.

This is my third time in Khao Lak, but my first stay at this hotel. Overall, it was excellent! The staff in every department were friendly and cheerful. There are plenty of activities at the hotel, making it perfect for anyone who wants to spend their vacation relaxing without getting bored.
The hotel has a large main pool and separate pools for each building.
Breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices. There was also a fresh coffee machine that looked quite standard and good quality.
The hotel property is quite deep. If you walk from the front of the hotel to the beach, it's a bit of a trek. If you have luggage, you'll have to drag it a fair distance. However, the hotel offers a buggy service to pick you up from your building; you can call for it anytime. But when we checked out, we were in a hurry, so we ended up walking and dragging our bags ourselves because the staff said the buggy would take about 10 minutes to arrive.
Another thing is that during checkout, the staff mentioned we had to wait about 7 minutes for housekeeping to check the room (so allow extra time if you're in a rush).
If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again.

It a very beautiful property.. we didn’t get change to interact with much staff but on a time of check in staff was very supportive.. There was not much options for breakfast but it was ok. Surely will return back again..

Great value! This beachfront hotel has an amazing 80-meter long pool, and the sports facilities are incredibly comprehensive. We played tennis there every day and even enjoyed bowling in the evenings. The staff at the sports center were really enthusiastic too! We're already planning our next return. 😂 Super satisfied with this resort!

Excellent hotel, and I have something to compare it to. This trip to Thailand, I've stayed in 4 different hotels. Graceland is definitely the best. It's no wonder I booked the most nights at Graceland. I highly recommend it to everyone.
