Sono rimasto veramente soddisfatto del servizio offerto da Oliver! Estremamente preciso ed attento alla clientela, se ho dato 5 a questo hotel è solamente grazie a lui, dal resto dei servizi dell’hotel mi aspettavo qualcosa in più!! Super Oliver

Sitio espectacular que trasmite mucha paz y armonía . Cameras muy cómodas y silenciosas. Un gracias especial an Oliver que nos cuidó en la zona piscina por toda nuestra permanencia haciéndonos sentir como en casa . Seguramente aconsejado en esta temporada del año donde los precios son más accesibles.

Vorab - Wir sind grundsätzlich gerne und oft im Destino - Eher mit Tagestickets Dieses Mal Standard Doppelzimmer 4 Nächte Zimmer 1990 Style Typischer Ibiza Style:) Außer Bad/Dusche wurden mal modernisiert Kühlschrank war am letzten Tag plötzlich nicht mehr verschlossen Von Beginn an immer mal Ameisen aufm Zimmer Tv alt und dadurch nicht für Streaming ausgelegt oder keine ausreichende WLAN Verbindung oder oder Frühstück und Essen sehr gut Service allgemein sehr gut Vor allem "OLIVER" ist sehr nett,bemüht aufmerksam und professionell Allgemein ist leider aufn zweiten Blick hier und da alles doch mal nicht richtig sauber und in die Jahre gekommen Die Haupttoiletten ebenfalls leicht veraltet Preis Leistung unserer Meinung nach nicht ganz angemessen Zudem gibt es jede Nacht je nach Zimmer einen kostenlosen Wecker zu verschiedensten Uhrzeiten.. durch einen Hahn in der Nachbarschaft, der alles beschallt Gesamte Areal und PoolBereich sehr schön Leider ab morgens bis gg 14 uhr- wenn dann Dj's kommen- läuft immer die gleiche Musik am Pool in Dauerschleife Wir kommen so oder so gerne wieder! Schönste Pool Area Ibiza's

Un super hôtel pour profiter en couple sur l’ile, très haut-de-gamme. Le personnel est super sympa. Il est un peu bruyant des fois avec les soirées organisées, mais nous étions prévenus. Nous avons également participé à une soirée blanche là-bas avant d’aller en club.

Nous avons adoré manger au Destino et faire la fête la bas avec Summerrockz pour la black party. Les sushi sont excellent et le personnel très gentil. Nous reviendrons pour y dormir la prochaine fois. Il nous a fallut prendre un taxi pour y aller, un peu compliqué à avoir mais pour le retour aucun soucis

Terrible service - avoid. I booked a Grand Suite and pre paid the requested amount. They then come back to me to say they’ve made a mistake and the cost is now some €800 more. You can’t get hold of them on the phone and they take days to reply to emails. Awful experience.

we were there for closing which made it convenient BUT they forgot our dinner reservation . rooms are small and old, there are better
