Who knew that Earnest Hemingway was inspired to write the Old Man and the Sea with his stay in Cabo Blanco. We had a delicious brunch with a seafood tortilla, brewed coffee and fresh papaya juice. The view of the ocean is incredible and the service amazing. We also got to see the rooms, although we didn’t stay. They have everything you need with a view of the sea and a very good price.
