I've stayed in this hotel many times over several years. This trip was the first trip where I experienced the inability to cool my room to the desired temperature. Although I had my temperature in the room set to 21.5 'C, the lowest the room would ever actually go was down to 23.5 'C, and the average temperature in the room was about 26 'C. The customer service agent told me that the hotel manages the temperatures they allow you to cool the room down to based on the air temperatures outside. So, when it is the hottest outside it is also the hottest in the room.

Everything was excellent. Really friendly personnel, good food at restaurant. The only bad was bathroom was dirty.

Thank you to your staff, who made your stay very pleasant. Respect and kindness is what is felt in the hotel. Very spacious rooms, large bed. Very comfortable pillows. Restaurant with a limited menu, but very well prepared, abundant dishes. Good wine at reasonable prices and of course the attention of the waiter and staff in the 5-star dining room.

I have noticed a deterioration in the hotel, I think it needs maintenance and modernization. Unfortunately the bedding is very very bad. Rough and bad pillows.
