Todo bien excepto que al llegar aprox 12,45 hrs ,nos hicieron el check in a las 15 hrs y no fue por falta de habitaciones,ya que el hotel ,tenía una baja ocupación.
Nos había pasado unos meses antes y me parece que no es una política del hotel ,muy amistosa . Situación que no ocurre con otros hoteles ,que si tienen disponibilidad realizan un early check in.

En mi habitación nos hospedamos 3 personas y no habían batas y solo dos toallas en el baño. Llamé en 3 oportunidades a recepción para que me facilitaran la toalla faltante y las batas para ir al spa y no llegaron nunca con lo solicitado. En el spa tampoco habían batas y tuve que bajar a mis hijos todos húmedos y con frío hasta la habitación

En términos generales no es un mal hotel, el único problema fue la falla de válvula de corte del WC, la cual se activaba permanentemente generando un molesto ruido, el cual me despertó y tuve que ir l baño y cerrar válvula de agua alimentación estanque wc
