staff are not supporting for booked hotel.when I was reached to hotel.I waited in reception after that they give room .

I checked in at 11 am and they were more than glad to help me out. The room was on the fourth floor. First look it was cleaned and maintained well. Rooms were spacious. The tv, wifi didn't work during my stay. When enquiried they said there is some issue with the router. Water pressure in the shower was low. Sanitary fixtures need maintainence. Yeah i was given complimentary breakfast too. For one day the experience was good.
